LSU is now 4 in the nation behind USC, UT, and OU in recruiting. Of course if you read ESPN they are 3rd. So who know and Mack Brown wins the recruiting war every year and does nothing.

However it is nice to see that Saban has grabbed the top spot in the SEC at least 2 out of 3 years.

    Very Nice.
Glad you realized Baton Rouge is where you belong.

I woudn't say that Mack Brown "does nothing" with his recruits. They enjoyed their second straight 11 win season this year and the senior class leaves with 40 wins in 4 years, that's impressive. What has hurt Texas is OU and Texas Tech. Those are the two reasons that UT has not been able to take that last step. That and the loss to CU in the Big XII CHamp game in 2001.

They also finished in the 10 for the third time under his control. Basically, UT hasn't beaten OU in 3 years, so they haven't been able to get to the championship level.
