This seems like a no-brainer. Our defense is so badass, other teams are practically trying to press criminal charges against them. And all the freaks of nature that we have on offense finally seemed to be utilized most effectively. Fisher's last couple of offenses really seemed to underachieve considering the amount of strength and speed that he had to work with. Crowton is GOD!
agree with all you said. it certainly is much too early to evaluate it objectively. just look at the most heralded OC the last couple years at auburn.--al borges. Now suddenly he sucks by many accounts. if forced to choose on limited info and I can include coach stud in the group, Id certainly take those 3. he deserves as much if not more of the credit than pelini/crowton are receiving. simply because the latter 2 fellas have insane talent to work with while the o-line is a makeshift defensive line at least on the right side. just a lot of inexperience there yet seemingly already play as a cohesive unit. this is all subject to change weekly along with my opinion.
