EMS responded to a call at Shady's bar south of the campus around 2 a.m., but didn't transport anyone to the hospital. Police said Jefferson was implicated in the altercation but not arrested, and that they are still investigating. Officials at LSU said they had no comment about the situation, because they had no information about the incident occurring. Sports 2 will have more on the situation start at noon.
