Because they were going to check Jamarcus's shoes, . . . but he didn't have any. That was a funny line Tirk!!:wave:
thats what the entire thread is for. just take a deep breath and step away from the fan bashing already.
The police also stated they that had only interviewed witnesses that were associated with one party or the other and had just started to interview independent witnesses. So, the "witnesses" were friends of the "victims".
A side note of the restraining order. This girl also met with Les and cleared JJ's name a couple of days ago.
If this ends up going to trial, all witnesses will eventually have to testify in open court against JJ, as to what they claim happened. I'd have to assume with a campus as big as LSU and the numbers of rabid fans... That could be dangerous for said involved.
It seems a lot of people are trying to hang their hat on the fact the Lowery guy is a b-bag. It doesn't matter one bit in this case. Whoever was stomping and kicking the guy on the ground is committing a crime. It does not mater what the victim said or did prior. It's ridiculous that everyone is trying to paint the dude getting beat by 10-15 guys as the douche and the players as just innocent kids that made a mistake. I love LSU football as much as the anyone but players involved in this fight need to be dealt with regardless of the adverse effects. Packs of LSU athletes beating kids in parking lots is not acceptable.
