Seems obvious to me. JJ did it and there are some students who like football saying he didn't. That's what I'd be saying to. 0-1 ain't so bad. At least will get to see mett which is what a lot of people wanted. I hope I'm wrong but this seems the most likely.
i hope there are videos from surrounding business surveillance cameras. the truth needs to be known one way or another.
Or a student/fan who wants Jefferson to plummet down the depth chart. Of which there is no shortage. We just have to play the waiting game, folks.
Does anyone believe that CR*P? Young men in college have been in bars underage forever. Is that what you do in your job? , a. work b. Take seminars and study for you next day at the job c. sleep You get paid for what you do you are supposedly a grown up. Get a clue. The only argument should be about the fight and the players participation if any. I have known of former LSU stars in bars at all hours before during and after the season including several icons of Tigertown. If JJ and others started or did anything but defend themselves they should pay for their actions. No speculation and no defense of bad actions on their part; but please don't get holy and say they shouldn't be able to have fun like any college student. Let's see what happened and if they did wrong hope Les punishes them as he should with no regard to Sept 3. Remember Lou Holtz suspended 6 or so players before an Orange Bowl game with Ok U then beat the Sooners silly. Don't take counsel of your fears. :geauxtige
i can see both sides of the argument of where they were at the time. are they allowed to be college kids and go out now and then? of course. should they use more caution than most college kids of where they go so they do not get put in bad situations, especially when there are those who are stupid enough to get drunk and have a want to get into it with anyone, even fb players? yes to that one too. it is ok for them to be college kids, and enjoy a night out now and then, but ask better judgement of where they spend it. i know nothing about this place other than i have heard it is where little fratty boys like to hang. whether they used poor judgement in being there, i have no idea. however, once they were there, it was poor judgement do to anything other than walk away if the situation was anything other than self defense.
I think that it's funny that that article kept trying to bring up that one of the guys was a marine. Like that has any bearing on anything, but a lot of dumb people will buy into the "they beat a marine" thing. If it turns out true, be pissed about the act, regardless of the military status of the victim. Just something that's been bugging me.
"Does anyone believe that CR*P? Young men in college have been in bars underage forever. Is that what you do in your job? , a. work b. Some times we go to bed bath and beyond maybe home depot. Who knows if we will have time....
LSU players in a bar the last day of summer camp - -So what. It’s expected. No big deal. JJ in a bar the last day of summer camp – It’s not a ‘leadership ding’. Are you kidding me, these are college kids; you want a nerd for a QB. Nerds aren’t leaders. JJ kicking a guy in the head when he’s down – I need more proof, it just doesn’t sound like the guy I’ve seen. I’ll wait for more evidence. Do I trust CLM to handle this right – Absolutely, just like always. I’ll wait for the full report before passing judgment.
