So they do have video and more players could be in serious trouble

Stone said Jefferson, Davenport, Johns and Landry are currently the only people of interest in the case, but added that investigators are still interviewing witnesses and that more players could have been involved. Authorities have obtained security video from a business neighboring the bar, which is in a strip mall just south of campus. Stone declined to talk about what the video shows.

"Police have asked Jefferson, along with offensive lineman Chris Davenport, defensive lineman Josh Johns and receiver Jarvis Landry, to offer their recollection of last Thursday night's fight."

I have a hard time NOT agreeing with this and I do agree that the guy looks like a douche that did more provoking than he will ever admit but it's just a photo and I don't know the fella at all. Could be a stand up guy but I doubt it. Also, my grandfather is an oldschool marine and he would def agree that this guy is full of **** or at least no less full of **** than anyone else in this steamer of a situation. The whole thing is unfortunate

The video doesn't have to have anything on it. Just something to hang over the head of the players before the interview.

Lawyer isn't going to let them say anything. Just a way to show that they cooperated with the request.

Police are going to file charges regardless and let the DA's office take it from there.

Unless there is clear evidence one way or another it will be plea bargained away.
