Unless the BRPD is full of retards, if the video showed anything big time or damaging to the LSU players, you'd think they'd just go arrest and charge them and then let the univ./layers/courts do their thing.

I agree with you. I believe this is the same video they had the day after and I believe Miles said it showed the car speeding into the parking lot but couldn't see much than that. If BRPD or even Miles had video evidence, something more would have happened by this point IMO.
The alleged victims lawyer wouldn't say if the picture in this thread is the Marine or confirm the guys name. But if it is the name I think it is, it pains me to say it is a former guy who went to my high school. He went there after my time but was kicked out of school for fighting and also arrested in Florida for fighting.
