He has I am sure. He has a big chip in the fact that all he has to do is press charges back and that will cause even more information to come out from their side and cause more problems from the military. We are talking about an attorney here that got officers convicted during the Danzinger Trail. Not an easy task in the city of New Orleans. I am sure he has more than a few chips up his sleeve.
I doubt anything worse than simple assault or battery sticks... with the guys habitual past I'm sure it wouldn't be too hard to paint the picture of a trouble maker who bit off more than he could chew.
