The complainants can "press charges", meaning file a complaint. The BRPD investigates the complaint, then the DA decides whether to pursue it or not, based on the evidence. So, yes the people on the bad side can file charges (complaint), but no, the DA does not have to pursue charges.
He can't be charged with aggravated battery unless he used a weapon. if he's convicted of second-degree battery, meaning causing serious injury, it's a jail term and it means dismissal. Simple battery is a summons and a fine and likely suspension. If there is no weapon and no serious injury then it is simple battery in a bar fight.
Fisher has already made some comments to Stone about his reporting to the media that didn't sit well with him. Now it looks like Fisher is out investigating the BRPD. Damn he is smooth. LOL :shock:
