So my question is this -

A young man got hurt - 3 broken vertebrae - during a bar fight.

Why isn't someone being charged with assault or at least simple battery?

Why hasn't someone been arrested?

I'm confused.

Red, if you were coach, what's the smart play? Suspend all four until the police decide who to arrest? No suspensions until it plays out? It seams that suspensions until this sorts out would be the right move or not?
