It may not be 44, but if you take a look at the pictures on WAFB's website, and all of those paper bags are evidence that they took from the apartment...it seems to be a pretty good number. The article says one of the main items they were looking for were shoes. JJ must have lots of pairs of shoes.
I bet since 20 football players were supposedly there. They have the pants and shirts of them making the evidence count 40 bags. Jefferson had them because he felt bad for sneaking out and decided to wash everyones clothes. Ok so I am stretching here but isn't that what it seems like the BRPD is doing?

If he is dumb enough to have ANY then he deserves anything that he gets. Just sayin... IF it was JJ (and I don't think it was) and he wasn't smart enough to get anything that could connect him to this so far away from him it would never be found, then I don't want him running our offense.
