    Seems to me they convicted the dude the day after, and are now frantically looking for anything to save themselves in this investigation. I think I just may never go back to BR ever...

    I'd buy him a pair of shoes, but that would be an NCAA infraction. Barefoot it is I guess.

    If they have a warrant to look for a shoe, they can't touch that stuff. It's not relevant to a fight investigation.

    Yes and Winnie the Pooh slippers leave an easily identifiable print when you stomp someone with them. They should be able to clear this up quickly.
