    P&G_wheelz007 Football anyone?

I saw a tall black male, in all dark clothes, kick a person that was face down on the ground.

I also believe I hear someone saying "Jeff" several times and "Five O" and "let's go".

    i heard "j", not jeff. and "5-0"

could have been a couple of guys with that. it was murky and a lot of screaming. will have to be broken down with more than my laptop for clarity.

Sounds like he says J a few times and 5-0 was pretty clear.. The voice saying "let's go" was a different person.

JJ was swabbed for DNA with attorney present.

BRPD is racking up that bill.

Warrants have to be specific. No judge is going to give the police carte blanche in a high-profile case involving college students.

A search warrant authorizes police officers to search for specific objects or materials at a definite location at a specified time. The police can search only the place described in a warrant and usually can seize only the property that the warrant describes.

If this was a consent search, then the police can seize anything they want. I doubt if Fisher allowed Jefferson to consent. But police officers do not have to warn people that they have a right to refuse consent to a search.
