My Alma Mater ULL is ranked #21. And they weren't even playing this week. Wow. http://sports.yahoo.com/ncaa/football/polls?poll=3 LSU will finish in the top 10 if they win their bowl game.
A top 10 finish would be nice after this season and I'd have to grudgingly give miles credit again. Sucks that the first time in years we field an offense our defense has shit the bed. Gotta talk some of those early nfl-ers into risking injury and millions of dollars for good times and glory!
Was at a party a couple of nights ago and a UK fan was complaining about the Wildcats recruiting bball that leave after one year. Had to chuckle..
Saturday we fielded an offense and defense. The weather may have been shit but the game should've kept the LSU fans warm. Man I would have loved to been in Death Valley. Geaux Tigers! Time to slaughter a hog!
Good question. And while there is probably a 20-page thread on it somewhere, I hope we get a summary response in this thread.
Anthony Jennings most likely. A pocket passer coming out of high school, although LSU used him mainly to run the ball in short yardage situations in spot duty. We have no idea how good he will be as he has not had ample playing time. My best guess is he will be a Matt Flynn type QB. Can hurt you with his legs when necessary and will be called upon to be a game manager. He will handing the ball off to a phenom named Leonard Fournette at running back. Back to Les Miles smash mouth football.
