I really think Pitt will upset WVU this coming weekend (playing at Pitt), effectively taking them out of the equation as well. Then the WVU win over Rutgers in the season finale, as scripted.

On top of that, Pitt could upset Louisville at home as well, getting them out of our way in the computer polls.

Suddenly, I am huge Dave Wannstedt fan.

I'd be surprised if tOSU blew out Michigan. There aren't any two teams in the country that have more info on each other, or the resources to get them, or the desire to get them, than this rivalry.
The Bucknuts have too much for Michigan this year... but a blowout is unlikely.
Plus, Tressel doesn't blow out anybody.... it's always a slow, methodical death.

If that's the case, then we are possibly looking at a rematch of this game for the national title.

With USC, Florida and Notre Dame more than likely facing another defeat, there may be no one left to choose.

dave wannstedt is terrible. although wva has just an avg defense, he will get outcoached and likely lose by double digits. He better hope slaton fumbles 3 times then fakes another injury.

hawkeye is correct, mr sweater vest makes the pope look liberal. He plays close to the sweater vest and will need a few defensive scores to influence the voters. they should win by 10 but the voters would likely need 20 or more to make an impact.

I think OSU dominates statistically and it eventually it shows on the scoreboard. just not enough.

Sadly, I'd like to see a rematch of OSU/Michigan versus one of them playing USC or ND.

Florida, of course. Arkansas, yes. Even Rutgers. WVU, nobody wants to see that.

I agree completely--except that I truly hope we take Arkansas out of that equation.
