Correct. They sell beer at the Sugar Bowl. the main thing is because it's a college campus. Most stadiums on college campuses wont.
I don't think that TS infrastructure could handle alcohol sales. Think about the lines in a tight space... And the underage factor will be huge. I'd rather have everyone in their seats all game yelling their heads off. What's 3 hours without booze when you've been pounding for 8 hours outside. I personally like it b/c I can sober up and actually follow what is going on on the field. My 2 cents
I've bought from a scalper once. Paid face value. He still had a wad of tickets left to sell and it was gametime. If some of these guys have to eat a lot of tickets, it would seem some of them would lose money.
