In gymnastics, no. In all seriousness, I think it's 91 in a row right now. In the 26/7 years Patterson has been at the helm of the Gym-Tide program she's never lost to AU. Personally, all of the football talk about streaks doesn't bother me in the least. On one hand, people will point to expectations fans have for this year and the next few years with the caveat of "you don't have the talent other teams have due to sanctions." But, on the other hand (or corner of the mouth) they'll say, "Fear the thumb." It's their little attempt at smack and it doesn't bother me. What the hell? Smack talk conversations very seldom draw me in...unless, I can see it's meant in fun and their not trying to gain some sense of self-worth or program esteem by doing such. Make sense? Yeah, but I find myself always wonder what side of the fence they play on...and it puts a damper on it. :redface: Not to mention, the thought that I'm just about 5 years away from being able to be their father, age wise.
