It basically showed Saban doing a lot of one on one coaching of the db's. He analyzes every step they make. Saban said it is best to give the players immediate feedback. He said it also has to be fun and you can't just be fussing all the time at the players. If a defensive back in high school saw that footage, he should be beating down Saban's door to get a scholarship.
