If Bama slips up at Miss st or Aubrun and Fla beats em in the SECCG the Tigers could make a BCS bowl.........I think Miss St. can pull an upset Sat

I think Alabama would only need to lose to either MSU or AU and then UF. It's what happened in '06 when we went to the Sugar Bowl. TCU and Boise may or may not be an issue. Being in the top 8 is pretty key for one of the 2 at-larges.

Why not the Orange or Fiesta bowl?

Unfortunately, I believe the Sugar Bowl would pick a 2 loss Bama over a 2 loss LSU...

But...it's possible that a two-loss Bama would end up being ranked behind a two-loss LSU. If that were the case, then their hand would be forced, not to mention that they had Bama just last year.

This. Chances are that the looser of the SECCG will be in the Sugar but why can't LSU make one of the other BCS bowls?

Because the winner of the SECCG will likely be in the BCSNCG, which would leave only one more spot for an SEC team. A conference can only have two BCS teams.

If all falls into place I don't see why not? There are smarter people than I that can explain how that could happen........:thumb:
