Bah! Had two on with no outs, but a DP and then a K means LSU doesn't score. 6-1 after 7.

Coleman in big trouble in the 8th. He's given up two hits and walked a batter to start the inning. Now 6-2 with runners at 1st and 3rd with no outs.

Bertuccini came on in relief and struck out the first two before walking a batter to load the bases. Tying run at the plate and he throws 2 balls. Pitching change. Ott coming in with the bases loaded and a 2-0 count with two outs.

BTW, Bertuccini has struck out 17 of 24 outs on the season. However in just 8 official innings pitched, he has also walked 7.

Come on, Tigahs! Get that 3rd out.

Florida scored 7 runs in the bottom of the 9th to win 9-8 over Bama.

S. Carolina was up 20-7 in their game and held on to win 20-19.

 

After a long delay to clean up the glass, Mitchell tripled off the CF wall.
