    LSU 4-8-0
  2. Tennessee in the top of the 8th...

    Fly out, 1 out

    Strike out, 3 outs

Come on Tigers! You're capable of another five-run inning!

    Dean advances to 2nd
    Gibbs at the plate
  5. Gibbs walks, runners at 1st & 2nd, 1 out

    Landry out at 1st

    End of inning

    NO RUNS

    Headed to the 9th...

    Tenn 9-12-1
    LSU 4-8-0

The four runs may have saved a top 10 ranking but I don't see how they can remain in the top five with this weekend's performance.
  7. Tennessee:

    Strike out, 1 out
    Fly out, 2 outs
    Walk
    FC, 3 outs
  8. Mahtook strikes out, 1 out
    Hanover grounds out, 2 outs
    McGhee strikes out, 3 outs

End of the most disappointing game and weekend of the season.
First series loss in a lonnnggggg time and it came to Tennessee?????
    Bye-bye top five ranking...:nope:

    Tenn 9-12-1
    LSU 4-8-0

This team needs to find a soul quick if we're going to make a run at Omaha. They're really good but seem to be missing that spark. I hope they find it.

  9. Nope. They need a 3rd starter and a middle reliever.

  10. Nail, Hammer. Coach tried to find someone to step up this weekend, by moving Coleman to start yesterday. No one seemed to want to step up into those shoes today. We only have a few games remaining to try and find a young man that wants to be the next major contributor on the mound.
