LSU v Tennessee Game Thread

    perhaps Pearl though GD is too good of a passer in the post for a zone to be effective against. plus you can often get killed on the boards playing zone. but i do think they should have atleast tested out a zone D. (maybe they did, i did see the game).

    the fact that LSU has only one shooter supports the fact that this teams' O is good. this team gets the ball inside. there are not too many forced shots either.

    I know what you mean. Nothing pisses me off more than to watch us throw it around the arc and either turn it over or be forced to shoot a 30-footer. That was really my point on our offensive gameplan. We weren't forced to run much half-court offense the other night, but when we do, we don't look too good. Too many turnovers, errant passes and long-a$$ shots.

    Like I said, I went the other night, nice little crowd there. If they can beat State on the road we may see some nice crowds next week. I think more than anything else, Brady has a nice core group now.....Davis, Tas Mitchell, Thomas and I kinda like Temple. If he keep them around for 2 years, he may win a few games.
