The Minicamp next weekend is for rookies mainly and the 2nd on is a mix of new and current players. It will be held June 11th-13th. That will be after the SEC Tourney if we make it. The NFL training camps are usually held around the end of July and the beginning of August.
something tells me that even with a cup, getting a 80+mph pitch in the grapes isn't going to be good for anybody. kudos to maineri for this series. beating the #3 team in the nation at their place when their crowd sets a weekend attendance record is pretty strong. i kinda feel like if we had another pitcher in furbush's place this team would be alot better than they are. i know the road is tough ahead of them but i never thought they would've taken 2 of 3 against miss st, ole miss, and ark. so who knows howthings will go the last two weekends? i hope there's a good crowd this weekend against florida. this team deserves it. they've fought and clawed through basement #'s in pitching and offense to be where they are. that's impressive, and i credit this team's determination and grit and coach M.
