We are but have not decided if we will head to Baton Rouge or just stay in New Iberia. Have to wait and see how my dad is feeling before we make the call. May be a game time decision.
I can't go to the game b/c I have a class on Saturday morning, so I will do the next best thing.....have a huge gator fry with plenty of wine and spirits at the crib and invite folks over. We will have alligator just about every way you can cook it. For sure a sauce piquant and fried with a nice garlic aoli sauce.
