In the 4th, Bregman with a great over the shoulder catch for the first out.

    Barker walked on 5 pitches.

Ratcliff pops up on left field line, one pitch at-bat for second time of inning.

Hollis with a soft comebacker to end the inning.

McMullen with a deep fly out to center to open 4th.

(Texas up 1-0 on A&M in the second)

Scivique flies out to left-center, two out.

Hale falls behind 0-2, but comes back to draw a walk.

Moore hits one a ton, but to the deepest part of the park and the CF tracks it down for third out.

Still 1-0 after 4, UH bullpen starting to work.

In the fifth, Moore makes a great backhanded stop at first, Bouman covers and just beats Montemayor to the bag.... who argues call and gets tossed. One out, one DH out of the game.

And another great D play by Moore! Foul ball, Moore goes and pulls it out of the stands for the second out.

How about another! This time its Hale with a diving stop on a ball up the middle, and the throw out for the third out.

(ULL now up 3-0 in the second, A&M ties it up at 1, also in the 2nd)

Bottom of the fifth...Ibarra strikes out swinging on a full count.

Stevenson, first pitch pop out to left, 2 down.

    Laird lines out to right.

    After 5, still 1-0 Tigers.

Top of the order for UH in the sixth....Survance pops up to Bregman behind third base, one out.

Appling pops out to Laird, 2 gone.

Grayson with a base hit to right, first hit given up by Bouman since leadoff batter of the game.....doesn't hurt, Barker pops out to center.

Bouman pitch count at just 63 through 6 innings.

(Texas goes back up 2-1 on A&M. Moo U. gets a run on ULL, now 3-1, Cajuns)

Bregman leads off 6 with a rip into left. He's 3-3....pitching change coming up, UH bringing in a righty.

(State has tied ULL at 3 in the third)

Fraley sacs Bregman to second. West is the new pitcher for UH, he finished for them last night.

McMullen fouls out, deep in left corner. 2 out.

Scivique with a warning track fly out to end inning.

    Six done, still 1-0.

Bouman's night is over, McCune in for the 7th. Bouman with 6 shutout innings of 2-hit pitching.

McCune walks Ratcliff to start 7th.

Hollis - their best bunter, says announcer - bunts it too hard down 1B line, ball bounces off the bag into Hale's glove, he steps on base, throws to Bregman to tag out runner for double play

And a ground out to Moore, inning over.

(ULL goes up 5-3 in the third)

Hale, first pitch single to left.

Moore gets some chin music on a 2-0 pitch, two pitches later he smokes one down right field line, RF called for ball stuck under the gate at the end of the track, ump checked it and confirmed by Alex Box Ground rules it is playable and an inside the park home run! 2-run home run for Moore! Discussion underway.
