No one was taking pictures in those dives. I'm going to guess he was just like I was at the time, very young and in a state of total amazement! And cell phone cameras were decades away.
"Pictures??" is the obligatory response for any post of this nature on this board. OR Maybe it just seem that way to me after the reaction to my recent posts concerning my 'Carrot girl' memoirs.
I suspect the referenced event occurred in the late '60s or '70s. You didn't go to those establishments to take pictures.
