The only one who picked us to win was their guest some chick racecar driver. Goes to show you just because you are a sports personality it doesnt mean squat. I will also have to say they also picked UCLA over us and were right.
O hasn’t been consistent, people aren’t going to respect us until we can show that again. This is a carry over from the Miles era.
You got to factor in the huge amount of players we lost to the draft, theory outs and losing Brennan after 3 games. O had to experiment at QB to find out who was the gamer which hurt us. Damm we played Fla with not one DB starter for a huge part of the game. All that stuff makes a difference. Now that Max is settled in as the starter we are 5-1 since he has started. Pretty consistent if you ask me.
is it considered that Brad Davis is stuck and none of this is on him, or does he shoulder some of this heat? i dont know. I haven’t seen any criticism of him anywhere or much discussion about him, but was wondering…
Still an open question. Not only does it depend on how the rest of the season turns but also what happens with the NCAA investigation. I think it’s less than 50/50 though unless there’s a significant improvement in play.
I got a hard time critiquing a guy who probably doesn't even know all his coworkers yet. There was talk guys weren't picking things up quickly, but he literally inherited the worst situation possible. All because of O and his awful leadership.
