I’m going to say yes. In all, for a young team didn’t look horrible in their SEC debut. Think we continue to get better and keep winning games.
9 wins is going to tough considering our remaining games. ULM is a win. Who are the other 5? Auburn @ Kentucky Florida @ Ole Miss @ Alabama Arkansas Texas A&M This is a tough year to be coaching for your job. Because that’s a brutal remaining schedule. Looking at that, I feel like 7-5 is best case scenario. Maybe 8-4……… but 5-7 or 6-6 isn’t crazy talk either. Where is the fire in this team? Where are stones?
I’m thinking anything less than an 8-4 is the death knell. It all depends on how we loose games. If we wind up 8-4 then the ones we loose have to be competitive. If we are embarrassed in any, then he’s gone.
I don't see more than 5 wins this year. Bama, OM, and Fla can hang 100 on this defense if they chose to. Daronte is no match for the offensive minds he is about to encounter with this defense. Mullet and Kitten will constantly make in game adjustments from play to play NOT by qtr. or by half. These weak LB will get torched. Every time they see a guy miss an assignment they will attack it on the next play. With that said 1-1 on the next two and ULM and we are sitting at 5 at season end. Hopefully we fair better but this team will have to grow some "want" to be better than that.
