.... Lets try this again..... Whats the deal with the AP polls??? First off, they (the AP voters) dont even reconize the National Champs, and now our mens B-ball team isnt even in the top 25??? No one at all even bothered to mention us in the poll when we have the 29th toughest schedule in the country and a 14-4 record. whats the deal?

LSU didn't even get any AP votes :cry: the basketball top 25 is really a joke...b/c teams can lose 1, 2, and 3 games and stay in the top 25, unless u start there it's almost impossible to enter it it took Miss. St. 13 straight wins to get in....but now once they got in and they don't lose (except a heartbreaker to kentucky) they move up when other teams lose
All we have to do now is keep the high scoring offense of tennesse down and we will be in pretty good shape for the rest of this game. LSU is up 38-34 with about 19 min left in the 2nd half
The polls are a joke, its no different than football. They rank teams before the season starts. There is no way to know who is ranked here or there before a season starts. I don't think they should rank teams til after the season starts.
