Top of 9th, two on, Dirks just struck out batter for second out.

    One out to go!

    Rubber game tomorrow, 11:30 am.

Game moved up 30 minutes because of possible rain and it's a get away day.

Looked like RP noticed and tried to show he has a lot of power as well. Both of those shots were monsters. The game was on Fox Sports Net in Atlanta, was on in Baton Rouge?

great ballgame today. It was a good crowd at the Box. Man Patterson put on a show on senior day. Dirks again showed why he'll be the ace next year. Only problem with Dirks was that he gave up to many 2 strike hits. But, I think you can credit a lot of that to good hitting on UT's part. The offense was great. The first run scored was scored the way it outta be. Runner gets on, steals a base. Ground ball to the right side moves him to 3rd. Base hit scores him. To me thats the way baseball outta be played. Now it sets up a rubber game tom. LSU def has the pitcher advatage. Looks like 2 outta 3.

Man, I still don't know what to make of this team. What a game they played today and on Friday they looked like the key stone cops, especially in the 5th. What a turn around for Hebert too. Seems like Friday he had blinders on and couldn't catch anything and today, well what a difference. What can you say about Patterson? The ball must have looked like a beach ball to him today. :geauxtige

That's baseball. Didn't the Red Sox set a record for the most errors ever in the World Series last year enroute to winnnig it.

Uh ok, like against the best pitcher in the SEC (probably best in the country as well,) I think that might have had something to do with it.
