    The Tigers led 4 zip after 7. They now lead 4 - 3 after 7 1/2. The Tigers got lucky in the top of the 8th. UTSA had the bases loaded with 2 outs and the Tigers got a lucky call on a called 3rd strike.

    that was a strike.

    ball was above knees on inner third when it crossed the plate.
    where Milazzo catches it is not relevant.
