I would have to say that is pretty ridiculous to say LSU won't be a top 5 at the start of next season. I'd even venture to say they will be a top 3 team.

Jay Mariotti is stupid. So is Bill Plaschke from the LA Times. All he talked about is how much better USC is than LSU. Man, I would have loved to have seen an LSU-USC matchup after the Sugar Bowl.
