Coach Krags has done a good job with Lee, his release is better(Quicker), he has a good feel for the offense. I like what hes doing, just keep playing well, get the ball into the playmakers hands.
I agree. You are not alone in wanting to see Lee lead us to the promised land. I also believe the previous adversities he faced in 2008 would serve him well; pressure is not going to bother him. I just hope he can continue to be solid and consistent; if he were to have some up and downs (even most good QB's do), just hope he can stay on course, and that the LSU fans don't scream for his head.
Agreed. When he did that, he wasn't trying to thread the needle, which to me means it was just one of those int's that happen from time to time. If he was constantly trying to force things to happen and turning it over like that, I'd be more concerned. Overall, I like our QB situation.
Nobody is as big a fan for Lee than me, he'll do great. But, I'm really looking forward to watching our secondary play against this pass offensive of WVU. It'll be the second really powerful passing offense they've faced [oregon being the first], and this will be the first really good seondary that WVU faces. After looking at WVU's stats, it's obvious they do a LOT of really short passes, then hope that their play makers get gains in space. I doubt they'll get much in terms of YAC, but it'll be a challenge to shut down the 3-5 yard quick passes. Thoughts.
nope because i told everyone when it happened Les wouldn't let him throw another pass. And he didn't. although they did throw a screen on the last drive at the MSU 14 or whatever when a timeout was called. then they ran ford instead and kicked a fg.
