1. Run. Hester of course. Thursday night, national TV, you have to get a feel for the defense on the first drive. Although MSU will be pumped and ready to over pursue. So maybe a delayed screen.
  2. Pass. To show there's a new sheriff in town!
  3. Punt. Just because we can.:hihi:
  4. My vote goes for running it out of the back of our own endzone. Spot em two off the back....why not.
  5. i was surprised to see dickson in on the 4th and goal td run.
  6. I beg to differ. We struggled offensively in the first half. Hester did ok, but not great. KW was the better option and that was clear.
  7. It wasn't clear to me. Hester ran the ball better than anyone in that game. Our first-half woes had to do with the offensive line, not the running backs.
  8. Looking at the stats, KW had the lowest average of the three, so I was wrong in that aspect. But Murphy had a higher average per carry than Hester, so I would say Murphy ran that ball better than anyone.

  9. That stat can be extrememly mis-leading. Especially when the backs don't have a lot of carries. KW had a pair of 1 yd TDs. That'll bring an average down when a back only has 7 carries. Like-wise, having 21 yard run (like Murphy did) will inflate the average when he only has 6 carries.
  10. Murphy was running against a worn out defense in the 4th quarter.
