Don't worry, Blanco's term will be over soon enough and if Bobby J. wants to run, I don't think he'll have much of a problem this time around. He didn't win the first time because people like me didn't vote. I know I was still in school, etc. Still, some of the news stories around here made people believe it wouldn't be that close. Boy, they were wrong. I really have nothing against Blanco. I think she's trying, I just don't see how someone could be really impressed by her. Bobby, on the other hand, is one of the most impressive young guys you ever want to hear. He was one of the few people during and after the hurricane that sounded like he really knew what he was doing. And God, does he sound smart. Add on top of that the fact that he is a huge LSU fan and what more could you want? I remember, the first thing he said after his loss was official was, "Well, at least the Tigers won." You've gotta love the guy. So, if he does run for Gov. (which he absolutely should), I won't make the mistake again of not voting. I'd be proud to vote for him. As far as the topic goes...Jenkins is a really good man. At least he'll still be at LSU just like he was before. If all of that's true, the pressure from the media/public will eventually cause some kind of collapse with what's going on there. I wouldn't worry too much. And let me say, I was there when Emmert was there and he was as good as it gets. He used to be at every event, he was a really nice guy and he took LSU to another level in different aspects. We can't allow what he accomplished to fall away.
Not black, african american. Jenkins is originally from Africa - get it now? It was a small comment that you have blown out of proportion.
obviously he isnt black, i said he is african. he is more african that 99% of african americans. cmon, wake up, i was joking around because he is literally african from south africa. i realize that is off topic, but you exaggerated and said i am not capable of discussion. its ok though i forgive you. and like i said before, you cant blame me very much for hijacking your non-sports disussion while it is in the sports forum. the whole topic is off-topic.
He isn't qualified for a job like this. He's an accountant, that's all he good for. No one liked him at NASA because he kept things to himself. He pretty much wanted to ground the space shuttle program after Columbia. As long as he's here, students will have to pay more amd more for little things. Lets put it this way he is comletely different from Emmert and I feel LSU needs another, Emmert like person to be chancellor. LSU! LSU! LSU! LSU!
Man, the crap you gotta read on this board ... unbeeeeeeeelievable. O'Keefe, a classmate & lifelong friend of mine was at a funeral that day, read all about it, it was in print. Does he get a "pass" from you clowns for having a family member die? :dis: And regarding Sally Clausen ... that's just what Louisiana State University needs, another twat on top with a complex and a hidden agenda ... I hope it doesn't land on planet LSU, it deserves to be on the Planet Rammit in home movies. It just goes to show you once again in Louisiana ... it's not twat you know, it's who you bleaux
and to make matters worse, Blanco gets to appoint 7 new members to the LSU Board of Supervisors before her term ends. Someone call the national guard!!!!!!
One of many reasons why I am moving to Dallas in a few months. I was moving to Memphis, but the Dallas position offered more money.
What impact will this move have on Keiland Williams redshirting this year? Will it help or hurt the Tigers in the SEC Tourny? In March Madness? THESE are the real questions (for this forum.)
