My answer:

We had 26, Duplessis and Benton were academic casualties back in 2008. Therefore, we count Duplessis back to 2008, since we only had 24 actually enroll in the Fall of 2008.

I am sticking with this logic.

I would stick with that as well. Either way it is Duplessis who counts back or an early enrollee. But that is my best guess.

Here is my order in confidence level:

23. Mingo
24. Benton
25. Randle

26. Kelly (my Surprise)

Sentimore
Filo
Richardson
Jarvis Jones
Myles
Montgomery

Janzen and Bell stay but if someone dropped from the class it would be Bell. (I would say the chances increased)

I do not expect a surprise but if there is I think it would be Kelly.
