1. He did but he almost let the first guy get up and sack Burrow. He got lucky that Cushenberry was free to pick his man up. The pancake was fantastic. But don’t stand around taunting him like an idiot if your QB is still sitting in the pocket.

  2. Almost?
  3. Yeah almost in like not remotely close.

I'm really confused by TF nation.

We got sky is falling posts about the defense, clouding the phenomenal performance yet again by our offense.

Now we get a very very rare almost never seen double pancake by a lineman and we are castrating him.

    Jesus.

  4. Have you ever tried to block a player from the side when he’s running straight ahead? It’s the easiest block in the world. Did he execute that? Yea. And he gets credit for that. But he also loses credit for standing over his guy like he’s Mohammed Ali when he should’ve been blocking. I’m not crucifying the guy, but I want him to finish the play. These two views aren’t inconsistent.

  5. You mustn't have watched all the way through, or perhaps are blind.
He did stand over the dude, and when the next dude decided he wanted some Joe, Magee pancaked his ass too... while his original man was out of the play

  6. I watched. He let his man go and then blind sided another guy who didn’t see him. He gets credit for the blocks. And loses credit for letting his man go. Simple as that.

  7. Yeah you're completely off on this take.

  9. I say good play.. He didn't let anyone near Joe, but God forbid those guys get an adrenaline rush or in the zone when they make great play.
  10. That was my thought also.
