The key to a good Bloody Mary is ZingZang. Also, celery salt. About once a year, I'll drink bloody Marys in the morning & end up circling back to getting drunk again by 10am. Edit: I abbreviated Bloody Mary in the above sentence & immediately thought, 'I'd better not.'
It started off as a science project for sure, the product of working as a bartender for 5 years, but my conclusion to the project is that of greatness. Zing zang is great no doubt, but tjere is another mix called major peters "the works" and it's just as good.
We used to use the major peters as a type of taco sauce, cook the ground meat with it and make nachos, cook the ground meat, then take 4 large round tostadas, pile on the meat, then cheese, black olives, jalepenos etc, slide em under an oven lamp to melt the cheese, then quarter em and you got some bad ass nachos.
