Hope he gets better and this doesn't hurt his NFL career. Great RB.

Knee scoped by Dr. Andrews. I doubt we see Mark until Ar-Kansas. That means,
Latest depth chart: Richardson , Lacy, Goode, Grant, your up.

Hope that the news reports are true, and that this is just a minor surgical procedure and that Ingram will back in no time.

Yeah, game 4 against Arkansas (Bama's SEC opener) is what everything I read thinks is the worst case scenario for Ingram. They said he'll probably be back to full health for game 3 vs Duke, but that he'll most like sit out until Game 4 against Arkansas because Duke is so weak. But yeah, it looks like he'll be missing game 2 against Penn State, but Penn State got depleted by the 2010 Draft. Bama should be fine with Richardson (who might already be even better than a healthy Ingram right now) and the others.

If you lose the Heisman winner and can go with Richardson and Lacy, you have an embarrassment of riches at RB.

I hope Ingram comes back ok, hate to see any of these young guys lose their shot.

The positions, that I have read that Saban has implied that, is at running back, return man and LB. We shall see. Penn State may be good enough to test that. Some have speculated that the freshman Grant has been showing so much, a red shirt is unlikely. It's thought with Lacy picking up blocking schemes much better he was going to see Upchurch's carries from last year. You hear it a thousand times, these guys, are a play away from showtime.

    Richardson is better than Ingram.

This is most probably true right now even though Ingram is older. Richardson is freaking ridiculous.
