That's because NOBODY was going to hire Muschamp or Kiffin, they were both massive failures. Richt had a lot of success for a long time, He'll have multiple offers to become HC and probably a couple pretty good jobs. You can't compare him to those two.

It matters a good deal who your assistant coach is when you're recruiting a quarterback. No one thinks Les Miles is the man to see about becoming a good quarterback.

 

What man do you see about getting the assistant coach you need to recruit and develop QB'S?
