Mark Richt has decided that he will not coach the Hula Bowl. I think he is seeing his program starting to fall apart! Coaches leaving, recruiting down, key players gone to the pros, and what would be huge......Rodney Garner to the Tigers.

He is the best recruiter in the SEC and it would be a great loss for UGA if he left and decided to be a Tiger.

That means Saban's program must have been falling aprt since the day he started if you are going to say that.

Isn't the Hula Bowl is scheduled for the 29th..????

Richt gave Rodney Garner the green light to interview elsewhere so he felt that it would give Garner an opportunity to accept a position before the Hula Bowl if it were forthcoming. Garner also has been heavily involved with the recruiting of the DL candidates that, to date, make up the best DL recruiting class in the country this year. I would not be surprised to see Garner also interview at Auburn due to Chizik's departure.

But there may be another reason as well. Two of Florida's best defensive prospects are coming to Athens this weekend. Richt knows that Meyer is in extremely serious trouble with his defensive recruiting so far.

Georgia will have another top 10 recruiting class, and with a little luck, could be very close to the best.

Richt's program is not falling apart.

A DC left and a RB's coach (who I hear isnt a big loss anyway)....one guy got mad that he didn't get promoted and got a raise.

Normal life in today's college football world.

Georgia is currently ranked #8 in the nation in recruiting.

What a horrible recruiting season they are having.

I like UGA to be honest.

Some of their fans suck but every college has them.

Something about a bunch of inbred, peach sucking, red clay licking, pecan spittin' folks just bugs me. You are insulated from them by several States, but I have to live next to 'em!:cuss: :cuss:
