That's decent, but what boggles me is what Herman Johnson benches. This guy is a couple of twinkies away from being a house at 6'8" 390lbs. and still only benches a measly 345. Come on Herm.

Allow me, I'm 6'1"- 195lbs and I can bench 315. This is in no way bragging, I just wanted to show how much Herm needs to work on his strength. I'll be happy to work with ya Herm. Give me a ring.;)

Guys, he will get stronger, no doubt. Moffitt is the best.

Big Herman will bench over 500 when Moffitt has a year or so to work with him.

Many high school weight programs are a total joke. Big herm (I want to say Mr. Herm) will press a truck in 2 years!

Herm has some long arms making it very difficult in bench presses. His total still isn't good, but unless anybody on here is 6'9" we really wouldn't know how hard it is to bench as Herman.

Very good point DDTigerFan. My good friend is 6'6" and his long arms prevent him from doing as much weight as I would think he could do. Herman will get stronger, but you cannot compare him to the 6'3" Favorite.
