I have a brain and a pair of eyes. I thought of that scenario many times while I was in.

Maybe new immigrants, some naturalized citizens, and the whiny snot-nosed millenial crowd....but the rest of America? They will stand.

What would you have done at Waco or Ruby Ridge?

First off neither are nor should have been military operations.

Ruby Ridge was a complete government over reach. They were hermits but weren't causing issues for anyone. There was not justifiable reasons for illegal search and seizure by the authorities.

Waco different situation once credible allegations of child abuse arose then the police had to investigate. But the escalation by the federal government led to the disaster. Compare this to the action.taken with Jim Jeffers in West Texas.

In both of the situations you cite the federal government overreacted and led to needless killing.

Lastly those two incidents are exactly why people feel that we need to protect the second amendment at all cost.
