Just had a physicians asst here in natchitoches call in to our radio show and he confirmed that mauck has suffered a "lis Frank" disruption of his mid foot and is almost certainly out for the year. This PA said that the injury in general is much worse than a fracture and would likely require 3-4 months minimum to heal. He went on to say that the injury is a disruption of a ligament in Matt's mid foot that is so severe that if he tried to weight bear that the bones in his feet would separate. Obviously, that ain't good. Oh well, Let's go Marcus Randall and good luck to Matt Mauck.
