I don't think we'll see alot of high school kids make a jump to the NFL ... it's just to physically demanding and they aren't ready. I think the impact may be kids leaving for the NFL after 1 or 2 years of playing college, instead of having to wait 3 years. Unlike basketball, I don't see this as a real big issue....
