conradj, Emfinger is basing his rankings... on average stars per player, whereas Rivals for instance bases it on total points. Thus in Rivals the more commitments you have , the better chances you have for a high ranking since it is purely numbers-based. Average number of stars, as any business major knows, is equivalent to net profits, whereas rivals system is equivalent to gross sales. The ironic thing, however, is that I read the gator boards all the time and they think they are having a horrible year outside of their 5-member OL class!
