the wheels have fallen completely off. If you think Miles is on the hot seat, have a look at this:

I figured that would come around eventually. I think Richt is a good, respectable coach, but he hasn't given Georgia a :crystal: so the fans are not very forgiving. He will probably go somewhere else and do fine, if the AD lets him go

Such is the life of an SEC coach. Fans aren't happy without championships, and on a regular basis.

Like your thread opening. Sounds like a Batman TV episode.

Winning 4 BCSNC's in the last 6 years will do that to a conference, add to that the 2 SEC hopefuls poised to make it 5/7 this year... just adds to the pressure and expectations now that we're expected to send someone every season.

JMO, but I don't think Richt is anywhere near the hotseat.

DC Willie Martinez will soon be gone (perhaps in the next 2 weeks) and Richt will have a lot of good quality candidates to choose from.

Tenuta will be out at Notre Dame and despite his Ga Tech heritage, would be a solid candidate.

Tommy West is available and would also bring a deep south recruiting network.
