Authorities say a man from Pensacola was caught stealing people’s identities and collecting urine samples after creating a fake online job ad, WCTV reports.

The Tallahassee Police Department and the Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO) said Gerald Washington, 19, posted a fake online ad that he was hiring 1,100 people for jobs.
