Which is why i say that most people who use marijuana aren't going to let the fact that its illegal get in their way. I think speeding is also illegal in the USA and yet people still do it. This stuff just shows you how worthless SOME of the laws are on the books. Times change and the government grows but never reforms so the older the government gets the less common sense...
