impressive....... beat an FSU team with no buisiness in a BCS bowl, a slightly better than average Irish team, and an overrated (again) Auburn team. whooptie freakin doo.
You would fit in well on our forum... where every time a team we don't like wins... it's 'cuz the other team sucked. ...must be some kind of universal language.
actually,, I truly believe FSU should not have been there. I've felt ND was a notch or two below the upper tier, and you don't have to search very hard to find my true feelings about Auburn. I will admit that ya'll got jobbed against florida.
The NCAA truly needs to correct a few things with using refs from conferences that don't use reviews... or see the speed and size of these players during the season. But, with that said, the refs didn't block our punt for a TD... or cause the interception that put us down 14 early. I was proud of our comeback... but we were a good team this year, not a great one... and it showed.
well, we'll never know for sure if Iowa would have scored or not, but I would've enjoyed seeing one more possession.
Karma is a bitch. I agree with you on FSU. As much as I hate to say it, that somewhat validifies the argument against conference championship games...at least in terms of BCS tie-ins.
